We work with licensed C-10 electricians and C-36 plumbers who we've partnered with for years, which keeps the schedule predictable and the quality consistent. Do I need to upgrade my electrical panel for an ADU or EV charger?
Often yes. Many homes from the 70s and 80s have 100A or 125A panels that don't have capacity for an ADU sub-panel or a 240V EV charger. We do a load calculation and recommend a panel upgrade if needed.
Can you re-pipe a whole house?
Yes. Whole-home re-pipes typically take 3 to 5 days depending on size. We use PEX or copper depending on the home, drywall back at access points, and pull permits and inspections.
Do you install tankless water heaters?
Yes. Tankless installs usually require a larger gas line and a new venting penetration. We size the unit to the home's flow demand and handle all permitting and inspection.
Are your electricians and plumbers licensed?
Yes. We work with licensed C-10 electrical and C-36 plumbing contractors. Cedar Sun Construction holds the Class B General Building license (CSLB #1137507) that lets us coordinate these trades on every project.
